The teenage life is full of happiness, sadness enjoyment and it can he interesting too. This is because in the teenage life a teenager is subjected to physical growth, and hormonal changes. They may be in a stage of conflict like undergoing puppy love. This is only a normal part of life.
Teenagers should enjoy life by making friends with peers in healthy activities such as camping, picnic, swimming and so on. 22、 It’s safe to say that OLED displays are the gold standard on smartphones these days. Some OLED panels are better than others, and the Galaxy S21 Ultra features what may well be the best one to date — the device’s display is definitely the most power efficient. In fact, Samsung developed a new ultra-low-power OLED display for the new phone, and it reduces energy consumption by up to 16%.
The way Samsung did this is a little technical. OLED displays in general don’t require a backlight like LCD displays. Instead, each individual pixel(像素) is made from an organic carbon-based material that lights up when electricity is applied. OLED displays are made up of a range of layers, which serve different purposes. The core of the new OLED display tech is that Samsung found a way for electrons to flow faster between these layers, while at the same time creating a brighter light.
The power-consumption savings will be put to good use, as 5G phones can take up a little more energy than non-5G phones.
It’s important to note that the new display tech is only available on the Galaxy S21 Ultra — not the standard Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21+. All three of the devices offer up to a 120Hz refresh rate. However, the Galaxy S21 Ultra has a 1,440p resolution(分辨率). And while the standard Galaxy S21 and S21+ have refresh rates that vary between 48Hz and 120Hz, the Galaxy S21 Ultra can go as low as 10Hz, which also helps save on energy consumption.
Samsung has been a leader in display tech for a long time, and it looks like that will continue well into the future. The company says that it holds 5,000 patents that involve the use of organic materials for displays. Hopefully, this new tech will be brought to lower-end phones over the next few years, or at least to the entire Galaxy S22 series next year.
【1】What is the advantage of Samsung’s new tech?
A.It makes electrons flow faster and light brighter.
B.It requires an organic carbon-based material.
C.It makes the OLED display more functional.
D.It has a new ultra-low-power OLED display.
【2】What makes the new display tech unique on the Galaxy S21 Ultra?
A.Changes that differ from other devices.
B.High resolution and low refresh rate.
C.Standard modern equipment.
D.Low energy consumption.
【3】What can we infer about Samsung display tech from the last paragraph?
A.Its display of patents relates to organic materials.
B.It has just become the leader in display technology.
C.It will be used on low-end phones over the next few years.
D.It will definitely be used in the entire Galaxy S21 series next year.
【4】What is the text mainly about?
A.Samsung has developed the most popular new phone.

C.The difference among the Galaxy S21 Ultra, Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21+.
D.Samsung’s new display tech makes the Galaxy S21 Ultra even more power efficient.
23、The Weirdest Restaurants In The World
Regardless of the occasion, we all have our favorite restaurant to dine at, the fifth-generation Italian pizzeria in the corner, or the traditional diner that looks so run down yet serves delicious food. But just how weird can restaurants get? You’ll be amazed, so keep reading.
Ithaa, Maldives.
One of the most beautiful restaurants in the world, Ithaa is located fully under the sea and offers spectacular views to anyone brave enough to book a table. You can dine with fish all around you and enjoy a 180-degree panoramic (全景的) view. The menu is, as you might have guessed, seafood based.
O. Noir, Canada.
O. Noir in Canada is the first restaurant to introduce the concept of dining in the dark. The idea is that when our sense of sight is lost, others are heightened, so eating in the dark can only mean we’re more focused on the taste, smells and flavors than Instagram filters.
Duke’s Last Resort, US.
Duke's Last Resort is not a restaurant for sensitive people. Staff here get paid to be rude to the customers. Duke's Last Resort is famous for bad words, mocking customers and basically telling them they're cheap when they only order tap water.
The Shed, Dulwich.
One of the weirdest restaurants in the world is this one which doesn’t exist. How come? A journalist by the name of Oobah Butler decided to pull a gastronomic prank (美食恶作剧) and ended up having his fake restaurant ranked number one in London on TripAdvisor. A fried egg on a heel, a sponge covered in paint and some round-shaped power bleach powder are use some of the dishes that built The Shed’s high reputation.

24、 Every superhero, no matter how small, needs a cape (披风). That was Robyn Rosenberger’s motivation when she started sewing superhero capes for kids with cancer, heart defects, and other serious diseases.
It all began when she was making a cape as a birthday present for her nephew. Rosenberger heard of a girl named Brenna who was battling a potentially deadly skin condition called harlequin ichthyosis (丑角样鱼鳞病). Anyone going through what she was going through had to be tough. “I had an aha moment,” Rosenberger says. “Brenna was a superhero! She needed a cape.”
So Rosenberger sent her one, and Brenna’s mother was delighted. Rosenberger found ten more kids online and sent out ten more capes. Before long, she quit her job at a software company to dedicate herself full-time to tinysuperheroes.com, a website where people can buy handmade capes for brave kids facing illness and disability.
Since 2013, Rosenberger and her small paid staff have sent more than 12, 000 handmade capes to kids in all 50 states and 15 other countries. The capes come in pink, blue, purple, or red and can be decorated with the child’s initials or specialized patches, including a heart, a rocket, or a lightning bolt. One recipient was eight-month-old Gabe, who was born with imperfection, which causes distinct facial features. Rosenberger sent him a red cape with a bright yellow G in the center. It was a hit. Gabe is now a fixture on the company’s social media posts. “The Tiny Superhero community has been a wonderful connection to have,” says Gabe’s mom, Kate Glocke. In fact, two years later, “we still bring Gabe’s cape with us to every hospital appointment.”
