A study published in Blood Pressure Monitoring stated that sitting with your legs crossed can increase your blood pressure. This is because when one leg sits on top of the other, it causes pressure on the veins and nerves in your legs and feet. While the feeling of discomfort may only last a minute or two, repeatedly crossing your legs until they feel numb can cause permanent nerve damage.

22、   Rodney Smith is a man with a task. The Bermuda native is in the midst of a trip that will take him to every state in the nation, mowing lawns(修理草坪）.

Five years ago，Smith came across a senior man mowing his lawn and stopped to help.“When I came across the elderly man, my life changed，”he said. After that, Smith went on to  create the Raising Men Lawn Care Service (RMLCS) to mow lawns for the elderly，disabled，single moms and former soldiers free of charge.
